A 46-year-old Belleville man will be in court next month to answer to a charge of refusing to provide a breath sample. Around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, city police stated it received a call about a suspicious vehicle at Zwicks Park. Officers located the vehicle and spoke to the driver, detecting an odour of an alcoholic beverage on the driver’s breath.
