Kingston Police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a vehicle and individual involved in a suspicious activity in the area of St. Martha Street and Rose Abbey Drive. On January 15, 2025, a young boy was approached by an unknown male driving a white Dodge Caravan while walking home from school. The male followed the child in his vehicle while attempting to verbally engage with the child, asking specific questions which included the child's name, age, address, why he was alone, and if he was going to be home alone.
