HPEPH, HKPRDHU advise prevention amid Heat Warning

Two local health units are advising people that everyone's health can be affected by extreme heat. Hastings Prince Edward Public Health and The Haliburton-Kawartha-Pine Ridge District Health Unit are asking everyone to check for signs of distress during periods of hot weather such as heat rash, heat cramps or exhaustion from the heat.
