A little rain couldn’t deter people from coming out to ensure their children are a little safer getting around this year. More than 160 helmets were given away at the annual Bike Helmet Giveaway put on by the Brain Injury Association Quinte District and the Children’s Safety Village through the support of Bonn Law and Doug’s Bicycles.
