Current, future municipally-owned assets broken down in Belleville

The future largely looks bright for Belleville’s municipally-owned assets, but the city will need to keep a close eye on what they need to put into ones that are in need in future years. That was the assessment from representative Donna Querengesser of SLBC Advisory Group, who presented a report on current levels of service at its meeting on Monday. Querengesser and the group worked alongside city council and staff to produce a 191-page report breaking down 3.36-billion in municipally-owned assets.
