Two single-detached dwellings are one step closer to being built in the Roslin area. Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee approved a report at Tuesday’s meeting to have one residential lot from the subject land at 676 Foxton Rd. severed to build the residential units. The application proposes to rezone the severed parcels. The subject land is located south of the Foxton and Boundary Rd. intersection. A staff report indicated the proposed severed parcels are currently undeveloped and vegetated. The retained parcel is developed with an existing single-detached dwelling with a detached accessory building. No rezoning is being planned for that parcel....
