Belleville Planning Committee approves rezoning, land severance for dwelling unit

Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee approved re-zoning for two parcels of land for a single-detached dwelling on Tuesday. Permission had been granted back in February to sever one residential lot from the subject land on farmland on the east side of Brennan Road, north of the Brennan Road and Casey Road intersection, for the construction of the unit. The proposed severed parcel is currently vacant and the retained parcel is used for agriculture.
