Quebec man faces charges after vehicle is spotted moving in dangerous manner

Spotting a vehicle half in the oncoming lane resulted in charges against a Quebec man early Saturday morning. A Belleville Police officer on patrol observed a southbound black sedan do just that on North Front Street around 12:15 a.m.. The vehicle was stopped -- the driver reportedly failed a roadside sobriety test and also failed an evaluation while at Belleville Police headquarters. 38-year-old Benoit Guay of Sherbrooke faces charges of impaired driving and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle when he appears in  court sometime next month....
