Ladysmith RCMP are looking for witnesses to a two-vehicle collision that happened on July 2. Police say they responded to reports of a collision at the intersection of Robert Street and Esplanade Avenue just after 3:30pm. The vehicles involved were a blue Dodge Grand Caravan and a Pontiac Sunfire. They add that the impact of the collision sent the Sunfire into a traffic control pole. Both drivers and their passengers were taken to hospitals for their injuries ranging from minor to serious. Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or have dashcam footage should contact Ladysmith RCMP.
