More than 100 golfers will be gathering in Belleville this weekend to raise money for Cancer research. The George McCutcheon Memorial Golf Tournament will be held Saturday at Trillium Wood. The event started way back in 1986 at Poplars Course Course in Tweed with just 20 golfers. Back then, tt was called the Tweedsmuir Open and First prize was $20. They moved the event to Trillium Woods a few years later and named it after George McCutcheon after he passed in 1991.
