Huntsville facing two counts of assault charges

A 34-year-old from Huntsville is facing two charges of assault, and more after police responded to a call on Ferguson Road.  Huntsville OPP says officers were dispatched around 4:13 a.m. Friday (June 7), after responding to a report of a disturbance at an address on Ferguson Road in Huntsville.  According to the OPP, when officers arrived, an individual was arrested for assaulting two individuals.  They add victims received minor injuries but did not require transport to a medical facility.   The accused has been charged with:   Assault - two counts   Mischief - destroys or damages property   Uttering threats - Cause death or Bodily Harm   Fail to Comply with Probation Order   He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.  Police ask anyone with information related to this incident is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
