Bay of Quinte organizations to benefit from federal investment in tourism

Several organizations within the Quinte Region and surrounding area will be receiving a significant boost from the federal government to help enhance tourism. The federal government announced an investment of over $3.7 million on Wednesday through the Tourism Growth Project. "Southern Ontario’s tourism sector is an incredibly important economic driver and provides jobs for Canadians from all walks of life," said Minister of Tourism Soraya Martinez Ferrada.  "Through the Tourism Growth Program, the Government of Canada is supporting local organizations like the Great Lakes Museum.
