The Federal and Provincial governments are making significant investments to support a major expansion and renovation of the Goodyear plant in Napanee. On Monday, the Premier of Ontario, Doug Ford and the Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, joined representatives from The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company to announce the company’s more than $575 million project to modernize and expand its plant in Napanee. This investment will help Goodyear create an energy-efficient, end-to-end manufacturing process and increase its production capacity, including EV and all-terrain tires.
