Carribbean festival bringing the flavour in Belleville

Everyone from Belleville and beyond are encouraged to bask in Caribbean heritage in the city this weekend. The third annual Caribbean Festival kicks off with a bang this Friday at Zwick's Park with music, dancing and a glow party. The festival will continue on Saturday with a parade starting at 1 p.m. that will travel from Zwick's Park to the downtown core, where there will be lots of vendors, food and musical and dance performances.
