County residents can have their say at boat launch project meeting next month

The Big Island Boat Launch project will be the subject of a public meeting next month in Prince Edward County. The meeting will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, September 9 at 243 North Big Island Road in Demorestville. The boat launch project is one of 10 parkland projects across Prince Edward County that are being supported by funds from the Parkland Reserve. The public meeting will allow residents to share their ideas about the types of amenities or park features they would like the municipality to consider when spending these funds.
