Belleville’s new Easthill Elementary School ready to welcome students next week

Belleville's new $22.5 million Easthill Elementary School is ready to welcome students next week. The new two-storey Kindergarten to Grade 8 school at 135 MacDonald Avenue has 472 elementary spaces and 49 licensed child care spaces for local families for the 2024-25 school year. “The completion of the new Easthill Elementary School in Belleville is very welcome news for the community,” said Hastings-Lennox and Addington MPP Ric Bresee. “This investment will ensure families and students have access to a quality learning environment in the years ahead.” Bresee said the province's investment in the new school build is part of Ontario’s...
