All lanes of Highway 401 closed between Highway 37 and Shannonville

Anyone heading east of Belleville may have to adjust or change their travel plans Thursday morning.  Belleville Fire Crews are at the scene for a fully involved tractor trailer on the 401 westbound near Mitchell Road east of Belleville.  All westbound and eastbound lanes of Highway 401 are closed between Highway 37 and Shannonville due to a crash affecting that stretch.  511on.ca reported on its website after 4:30 a.m. that a collision resulted in that closure.  No injuries have been reported -- the truck was carrying no hazardous goods.  The OPP are investigating and will advise when that stretch of...
