Wheels on the road for fallen firefighters

The memories and legacies of all fallen firefighters are with a group of firefighting cyclists as they continue a fundraising bike ride. 64 firefighters from across Canada made a stop in Belleville on Thursday while on the eighth annual Celtic Memorial Fire Ride, organized by the Toronto Professional Firefighter Celtic Society. The group, which had left Cobourg earlier in the morning, enjoyed a Subway lunch and some other refreshments at Belleville Fire Station 1 and met local fire personnel, including Fire Chief Dan Smith.
