Belleville Police were called to a Church Street business on Wednesay before 10:00 a.m. regarding an act of mischief. Police were told that the suspect refused to leave the property and continued to throw trash there despite requests to stop. An investigation resulted in a 51-year-old of no fixed address being held for a bail hearing after he was charged with two counts of mischief....
