The City of Belleville has officially sworn in its newest Police Chief and Deputy Police Chief. Murray Rodd and Sheri Meeks took their oaths at a ceremony on Monday at the Quinte Consolidated Courthouse in front of loved ones, city and Belleville Police Service Board officials and media.
