Chamber, information centre to remain open despite sidewalk replacement

The Town of Bracebridge says despite the construction, both the Chamber of Commerce and the Visitor Information Centre remain open. Starting this week, the town is replacing the heated walkway that runs from the sidewalk to the main entrance. The project is estimated to take about three weeks to complete. Officials say the side entrance will remain accessible. Earlier this month the town shared it's reviewing options on selling the building to lessen the burden on the tax payer. A survey looking for feedback on the idea and the future of the site is available on the town's website.
