Winter Casuals Event in Belleville this week

The City of Belleville is hosting a Winter Casuals Event this week. The event will run on Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at 31 Wallbridge Crescent. Fourteen people are being sought by the city as casual labourers for its winter operations.
