BPS investigating two cases involving smashed windshields

Belleville Police responded to a pair of calls involving borken windshields on Tuesday. At around 7:15 a.m., a caller reported that their pickup truck had its windshield smashed out sometime overnight while he was staying at a North Front Street hotel near Highway 401. Three hours later, police received a call from a West Street resident who woke up overnight to discover their truck's windshield smashed out and tail gate damaged while it was parked in the driveway. Investigations into both incidents are ongoing -- anyone with information regarding either crime is asked to contact the Belleville Police Service and email...
