The winner has been chosen for this year's Christmas Card artwork contest in Prince Edward County. Each year, local children enter a contest to be the featured artist on the official Christmas Cards sent out by the Mayor's Office in PEC on behalf of Council. This year's winner is Addison Cholette, a grade 5 student at CML Snider School in Wellington.
