South East Health Unit set to take effect New Year’s Day

Local and regional healthcare is set to enter into new governance on New Year's Day. The South East Health Unit goes into effect on Wednesday, January 1 and members are expected to meet via ZOOM to take care of initial business. This includes the expected appointment of Doctor Piotr Oglaza to the Medical Officer of Health position, with Doctors Ethan Toumishey and Linna Li will both be named Deputy Medical Officers of Health.
