RiskyProject is a project risk management and schedule risk analysis software. RiskyProject is seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Project and can be also executed as a standalone application. You can define project schedule in RiskyProject, Microsoft Project, or can import it from other project management software including Oracle Primavera, Safran Project, MindManager, or other software. You can define different risks affecting schedule, cost, quality, performance, safety, and other parameters - at the project level and for each separate task or resource. You also can define distributions for task duration, cost, start and finish times. This information, together with the project schedule, is used in the Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis. RiskyProject presents you with Risk-aware Gantt Chart – uncertainties in task duration, start and finish times are shown graphically in a special Gantt Chart. RiskyProject also helps you to track the project with risks and uncertainties. RiskyProject also allows the user to perform project portfolio risk management and risk analysis. RiskyProject uses Risk Register to manage risks: open and close risks, assign risk properties, convert risk to issues, and rank risks based on their probability, impact, and score. RiskyProject gives the manager a simple answer to the following common questions: What will happen with your project schedule if certain risks occur? What are the critical risks and crucial tasks? What is the success rate of the project? RiskyProject also allows the manager to perform project decision analysis.
