Marking 20 years of driving awareness, education, and research about Breast Cancer, Think Pink Bahrain is bringing the community together for its Race to a Million campaign. The initiative, in partnership with Bahrain Bricks, will culminate in the construction of a giant symbol made up of bricks that promotes hope and resilience. This symbol is also the trademark of Think Pink’s breast self-examination app – iCheck. Each brick used in this installation is dedicated to individuals facing breast cancer. 20 Years of Breast Cancer Awareness, Research, and Education Think Pink: Bahrain Breast Cancer Society was founded by Dr. Julie Sprakel in 2004. It is the only standalone breast cancer society and organisation and works on building greater research, awareness, and education. The society marks its 20th anniversary this year. Apart from the Race to a Million Challenge, Think Pink’s Annual Golf Tournament will take place at The Royal Golf Club on 10th October.
