Promoted To 2025 Ardova Handball Premier League The COAS Shooters have been crowned champions of the 2024 National Division 1 Handball League in the men's category after defeating Osun United 21 to 16 goals in the final of the men's category played at the indoor sports hall of Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City on Friday.The team which was relegated about three years ago, the team Coordinator Brigadier General AR Bello strengthened the team and effectively monitored their trainingAn elated Brigadier General Bello revealed that it took the special intervention of the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja through timely logistics for the team to get the desired results.Bello stated that anything short of the trophy would have not been accepted due to the commitment of the Nigerian Army in supporting the team.He said, “I want to thank God Almighty for using the Coaches as a vessel to handle the COAS Shooters.
