ASUS has purchased non-exclusive rights to use Intel's Next Unit of Computing brand for their products, and this is one of them.Recently, one of the leading local PC equipment suppliers, Thundermatch has opened pre-orders for this ASUS ROG NUC computer, and is seen offering two models powered by Intel Core Ultra 7 and Intel Core Ultra 9 processing chips, 16GB DDR5 memory ( 8GBx2) with 5600MHz speed and self-upgradable PCIe 4.0 SSD storage. In terms of graphics offerings, both ROG NUC models use NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 graphics cards that are powerful enough to run a variety of modern games at QHD and 4K resolutions at high settings, and can support up to four 4K screen displays using the video plugs that present through this graphics card.Thundermatch says that pre-orders for these computers have already opened on June 15, and will continue until June 30, 2024. They expect that these ASUS ROG NUC models will arrive in their stores around early July 2024.For pre-orders, the ASUS ROG NUC model is not visible on their website for now, but according to a post on their Facebook page, pre-orders can be made at their physical stores. The price tag for this computer is set at RM8999 for the model powered by the Intel Core Ultra 7 chip, and RM10,999 for the computer powered by the Intel Core Ultra 9 chip.Pre-orders for this ASUS ROG NUC are also eligible to make a PWP (purchase with purchase) purchase for products such as the ROG Azoth keyboard, ROG Raikiri game controller, ROG Keris Wireless Aimpoint mouse and so on.
