SAN DIEGO — A pair of buskers can proceed with portions of their civil rights claims against San Diego after they were shut down by police, who cited a sidewalk ordinance. Their due process claims encountered vagueness issues, but several of their First Amendment claims survive on the basis that the sidewalk ordinance potentially infringes on their free speech rights.
