'Messy' Ghana Premier League has no future - Sulley Muntari

Former Black Stars midfielder, Sulley Muntari has described the Ghana Premier League as a mess and has no future.Muntari made a return to the local topflight during the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League having played for Liberty Professionals before leaving for Europe.During his year stint with the Phobian Club, the former Inter Milan and AC Milan midfielder clinched the President's Cup, and the MTN FA but opted against extending his contract.However, reacting to the state of the Ghanaian topflight, the 40-year-old described the domestic league as a “big hole” and has “no future”.“Hearts fans and the president were amazing,” Muntari, who won the Champions League in 2010 told 3Sports in an interview.“The league is a big hole where they are dumping money.
