Legon Cities FC coach Samuel Paa Kwesi Fabin has spoken out about the concerning trend of Ghanaian footballers leaving the domestic league for better opportunities abroad.Fabin, speaking to Kessben FM, attributes this player exodus to the significant financial disparity between the Ghana Premier League and leagues in other African countries.He argues that Ghanaian clubs simply cannot compete with the salaries offered by teams in Ethiopia, Tanzania, Zambia, and Rwanda.While these countries may have historically trailed Ghana in football development, their willingness to invest financially in player salaries has led them to become attractive destinations for Ghanaian talent."Ghanaian clubs can’t pay $2,000 to a player.
