Belleville delegation gearing up for ROMA Conference this weekend

Healthcare, housing, homelessness and addictions will be focus of a Belleville delegation's trip to the Rural Ontario Municipal Association conference this weekend. Mayor Neil Ellis and and councillors Lisa Anne Chatten, Barbara Enright-Miller, Sean Kelly, Chris Malette and Margaret Seu will join more than 1,600 participants from across the province at the conference in Toronto.  The three-day event takes place Sunday through Tuesday. Ellis said they have a meeting with Deputy Premier and Minister of Health Sylvia Jones "to talk about many issues including how to bring more family physicians and nurse practitioners to the area."
