Belleville Police called to west end disturbance Friday

A dispute between neighbours has resulted in charges against a Belleville man. Belleville Police were called to a residence in the city's west end on Friday after 8:00 a.m. -- officers spoke to a complainant who told them that a neighbour had been screaming at them for no reason. Police went to the suspect's address to investigate and learned that the suspect had allegedly made threats to harm his wife. A 30-year-old Belleville resident was charged with uttering threats and causing a disturbance and was held for a bail hearing....
