Belleville Police were dispatched to the Pinnacle Street bus terminal during the noon hour on Tuesday regarding a theft. Officers learned that someone had taken a cell phone and took off on a bicycle. After getting a description of the suspect, a male was found and arrested without incident. The phone was found on the male during a search -- a 36-year-old Belleville man was held for a bail hearing to face two counts of theft and breaching a conditional sentence order.
