The Belleville Police have a man in custody after breaching his undertaking to not have communication with another person. Police stated officers attended a business on North Front Street after receiving reports that a male was being harassed. Police attended and spoke to the victim, learning that a 43-year-old Belleville man was already on conditions not to have communication with him. As a result, police arrested the suspect and charged him with failing to comply with his undertaking.
