Carrying Place man charged for breaching release order in Belleville

A Carrying Place man is facing charges stemming from a reported domestic dispute in west end Belleville. City Police investigated the incident before 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday and discovered the man had breached conditions of a release order by communicating with the woman involved and failing to remain in his residence at all times. The man had left the scene prior to police arrival, but was found a short time later. A 35-year-old man, who was not named, was arrested and charged with two counts of breaching his Release Order.
