Route 70 NCX Trips to Increase September 1

The number of trips is being increased on the express bus route from Duncan to Nanaimo. BC Transit, the Cowichan Valley Regional District and the Regional District of Nanaimo have announced additional trips for Route 70 NCX beginning on September 1st. Two return trips will be added to Friday evenings and one return trip on Saturday morning with another return trip on Saturday evening. Route 70 NCX, the Nanaimo to Cowichan Express, is operated by the Regional District of Nanaimo and is funded by the CVRD, the RDN, and BC Transit. Riders are also being encouraged to use the new Umo app, Transit App, Google Transit or any other app they like for real-time bus tracking and planning for journeys via BC Transit.
