Representatives of a Belleville advocacy group are attempting to ensure nature preservation in one area of the city. Mary Storms and Adam Rupnik, representing Friends of West Hill Green Space, approached city council on Monday with proposed changes to the space at 41 Octavia St. to make it vibrant again. Storms and Rupnik explained the area has gone through many changes over the last 52 years of the green space’s existence.
