Trenton’s Downtown Business Improvement Area is in the midst of a transition period, with several people leaving the board of directors. Five resignations have reportedly been submitted in the past week, including board chair Paulette Kinmond. This has left council-elected member Zack Card and public members Krystal Turcotte and Abby Hare as the three remaining members of the board. Under the rules of the DBIA, the board of directors requires five people to be in attendance at meetings to attain quorum. At council’s meeting on Wednesday, council approved the appointment of Coun.
