Osmond brings experience, versatility to new role at Hastings County

Hastings County has appointed a new director of its Community and Human Services department. Jamie-Lynne Osmond brings 27 years of experience of dedicated service in the social services sector along with a deep understanding of the department, its goals and the needs of the clients it serves, Warden Bob Mullin stated in a media release on Wednesday.
