Today, Wired Productions and independent developer Pollard Studio revealed the release date for KARMA: The Dark World, alongside a slew of exclusive features for the PS5 Pro version of the game, including full PSSR integration for improved image quality, texture clarity, reflections, and distance rendering. The game aims to deliver 60fps performance at 4K resolution. To accompany the announcement, the second trailer in KARMA‘s cinematic trilogy has been released. The trailer features the track Into the Mist, written and performed by Geng Li, and highlights the game’s visuals, surreal environments, and narrative elements. It introduces key characters and explores themes of secrecy and trust. In KARMA: The Dark World, players assume the role of Daniel McGovern, an elite Roam Agent who investigates the memories of suspects. What begins as a routine mission evolves into a larger conspiracy that challenges his perception of reality. As McGovern explores the minds of those he investigates, he must navigate unsettling truths and question his own beliefs. KARMA: The Dark World is available for wishlist now on Steam, PlayStation Store, GOG, and Epic Games Store. The game will officially launch on March 27, 2025, exclusively on PlayStation 5 and PC. The psychological thriller will be available at launch for $24.99 / €24.99 / £19.99, with a 10% discount on PC and PlayStation, and an additional 15% off on Steam for players who own any previous Wired Productions title. The game will also be released on Xbox at a later date, with additional details to be announced in the future.
