GFA boss Kurt Okraku commends MPs for investing in football

Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kurt Okraku has commended Members of Parliament (MPs) for their significant contributions to the growth of Ghanaian football.Several MPs have invested in football clubs at various levels of the domestic game. Notable examples include Hon. Ignatius Baffour-Awuah, owner of Premier League champions Nsoatreman FC, and Hon. Haruna Iddrisu, owner of Steadfast FC.Others are Hon. Ameyaw Kyeremeh (Sunyani East constituency) the owner of Baffour Soccer Academy and Hon. Peter Amewu (Hohoe constituency) the President of Hohoe United.Okraku expressed gratitude for the MPs' commitment to developing football nationwide, stating, "It's heartwarming to see more people joining the effort to give hope to footballers across the country."The GFA President made these remarks during a "Meet-the-Press" event in Sunyani as part of his tour of the Brong Ahafo region. He also held meetings with regional football officials and local clubs.
