Arrest results after lenghty standoff in Kingston Wednesday

A lengthy standoff in Kingston has ended in an arrest. Police officers were sent to a local company on Wednesday where an employee became threatening and harassing in  nature to the owner. The worker was found at a residence on Rosemund Place and police made contact with this person at 1:00 p.m., but the suspect barricaded themselves inside the residence. It was about eight hours later when Emergency Response Unit members entered that residence  and arrested the individual, who was eventually scheduled to have a bail hearing Thursday.   The 46-year-old accused faces charges of criminal harassment, mischief and uttering threats to...
