The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has confirmed that its partnership with betPawa remains strong despite the betting company's decision to withdraw as the headline sponsor of the Ghana Premier League.GFA President Kurt Okraku assured that the association will continue to work with betPawa in other areas, including maintaining the locker room bonus and exploring opportunities to support the Women's Premier League."Our partnership with betPawa is in full force," said Okraku during his address at the GFA's 30th Ordinary Congress."At the minute, we are engaging betPawa to support us in other areas. The locker room bonus will stay. We are also currently engaging them to include players from our Women's Premier League."Okraku's statement addresses concerns that arose following betPawa's withdrawal from the headline sponsorship deal.The partnership between the GFA and betPawa is expected to continue, albeit in a different capacity as stakeholders prepare for the new season which will start in September.
