Great Olympics outline qualities sought in new head coach

A member of Great Olympics' newly formed three-man committee, Kudjoe Fianoo, has revealed the key qualities the club is seeking in its next head coach.The search for a new leader comes after Great Olympics were relegated from the Ghana Premier League at the end of the 2023-2024 season.Fianoo discussed the coaching vacancy in an interview with Channel One's Football Made in Ghana.Fianoo elaborated on the specific skills they are looking for: "We need a coach who can read the opponent when video clips are presented to him, he can analyze and also present strategies to outwit his opponents so we will put all of those things to bear in our search for a coach.""We want a coach that will be in a position to give reports within 48 hours on matches that have been played…so all these things will be brought into consideration."Great Olympics will face this challenge in Zone 3 of the Access Bank Division One as they aim for promotion back to the top flight.
